• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills; UAE driving licence preferred.

• Source buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and property owners through active prospecting and relationship development.
• Generate qualified opportunities using referrals, networking, existing databases, market contacts, and direct business development.
• Assess client objectives, budgets, preferred communities, property requirements, and investment priorities before recommending opportunities.
• Present suitable properties and explain relevant pricing, location characteristics, development features, and market positioning.
• Organize and conduct property viewings while maintaining timely communication with all parties.
• Negotiate sales and leasing terms and progress viable offers toward agreement.
• Manage transactions from initial enquiry and qualification through viewings, negotiation, documentation, and completion.
• Develop relationships with property owners to increase the availability of quality listings and future business opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline covering leads, listings, prospective buyers, viewings, negotiations, and expected closures.
• Follow new Dubai developments, community performance, pricing movements, transaction activity, and changing market demand.
• Provide a discreet and responsive service when working with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Pursue agreed sales and leasing targets through consistent pipeline development and transaction conversion.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate client information throughout each brokerage assignment.
