Qualifications

• Experience coordinating real estate, construction, development, facilities, or complex project delivery.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and stakeholders.
• Experience with project tracking tools and maintaining reliable data across Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, or comparable systems.
• Experience coordinating due diligence, permitting, construction documentation, invoices, purchase orders, or project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Track milestones across real estate and construction projects to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Protect data integrity within Smartsheet, Excel, and related reporting tools.
• Coordinate environmental, zoning, legal, permitting, and other due diligence activities before progression.
• Monitor dependencies and identify issues that delay site development or launch.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, consultants, developers, brokers, and partners.
• Record decisions, ownership, action items, deadlines, and follow-up requirements from discussions.
• Coordinate calendars and critical meetings to keep high-priority workstreams moving.
• Manage purchase order processes and support accurate project cost administration.
• Review invoices against project requirements and assist with budget tracking and financial controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Construction, and Engineering to resolve blockers.
