Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai seeks an energetic telesales executive to drive outbound calls and qualify leads for real estate projects. You will schedule site visits, nurture prospects, and maintain CRM accuracy to hit KPIs. Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and a proactive, resilient attitude are essential for success.

You will represent the Danube brand in every client interaction, staying informed on inventory, pricing, plans, and promotions while collaborating with the direct sales team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in telesales or real estate sales; outbound calling preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude toward calling.
• Dubai real estate market knowledge is an advantage; bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to leads to introduce Danube Properties projects.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, investment intent, and property preferences.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the direct sales team.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
• Stay informed on project inventory, pricing, payment plans, and promotions.
• Handle objections and provide information about ROI and payment structures.
• Represent the Danube brand professionally in every client interaction.
• Any other work assigned to you in line with your portfolio.
