Sky Valley Real Estate LLC in Dubai seeks a motivated Telesales Executive – Real Estate to engage prospective clients and support the sales team. The role is based in Business Bay and requires a patient, target-driven approach with strong communication.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with property advisors while aiming to meet defined targets. Freshers welcome with basic Dubai real estate knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months telesales experience in Dubai Real Estate.
• Freshers willing to learn with basic knowledge of Dubai areas and property developers.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales mindset and a target-driven attitude.
• Confident telephone manner and professional etiquette.
• Ability to handle objections and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce relevant property opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments with property advisors.
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain accurate call and client records.
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Work towards agreed targets and support the team in converting enquiries into sales.
