Sky View Real Estate in Dubai is seeking confident and energetic Calling Agents to join our real estate team. You will make outbound calls, discuss projects, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM.

The role requires excellent English verbal communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to hit daily targets. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome, and Dubai/UAE residents are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Contact leads and introduce our real estate projects and services.
• Understand clients’ requirements and provide relevant information.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine potential buyers or investors.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients regularly and maintain good communication.
• Update client information and call records in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other languages are a plus.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to grow in a sales environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
