Job summary

Elysian Real Estate is seeking a driven Real Estate Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent team in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment process, headhunt brokers, and build pipelines for Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales while supporting relocation where needed.

From fast-paced, target-driven environments you will engage passive candidates, screen and interview, and partner with hiring managers to prioritise roles and ensure a strong candidate experience across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' recruitment experience for real estate, either agency or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and headhunting through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced real estate brokers within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Off-Plan and Secondary Market Sales.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct regular outbound calls and confidently engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with both hiring managers, balancing their recruitment priorities and requirements.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience, track record, motivation and overall suitability.
• Manage interviews, feedback, offers and candidate communication through to joining.
• Recruit internationally where appropriate and support overseas candidates through the relocation process.
