Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct sales within the UAE real estate development industry.
• Previous experience managing and leading a property sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing property transactions directly with end customers.
• Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, customer buying behavior, and property sales processes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to manage sales pipelines, analyze performance, and drive team productivity.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the direct sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement direct sales strategies for residential and commercial projects in the UAE.
• Drive property sales directly to end customers, investors, and buyers.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Establish targets, monitor performance, and improve conversion and revenue.
• Generate new business opportunities via outreach and referrals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of projects, pricing, plans, and advantages.
• Monitor market trends and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Service to optimize lead management.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and pricing structures.
