Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Client Relations professional with UAE real estate experience to build and manage a diverse client base. You will respond to inquiries, recommend suitable projects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and be fluent in English plus at least one additional language (Kurdish, Italian, Hindi or Arabic).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate developer experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must speak English + at least one additional language: Kurdish, Italian, Hindi or Arabic.
• Strong client relationship, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Real estate sales/client management experience preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Assist clients with property information, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and client relationship targets.
• Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and real estate developments in Dubai.
