Job summary

CBA Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Progression & Contracts Officer to manage Dubai real estate transactions from the agreed deal through to successful transfer.

This role requires knowledge of Dubai property contracts, DLD procedures and transaction progression, with responsibilities including Forms A, B and F, MOUs, and coordinating between buyers, sellers, agents, developers and banks to ensure timely transfers.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales progression, conveyancing or contracts.
• Good knowledge of DLD/RERA procedures.
• Strong understanding of Form F and property transfers.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple transactions at the same time.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Forms A, B and F
• Prepare MOUs, addendums and transaction documents
• Coordinate buyers, sellers, agents, developers and banks
• Manage NOCs and transfer requirements
• Track transaction deadlines and outstanding documents
• Coordinate trustee office and DLD transfers
• Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records
• Keep agents and clients updated throughout the deal
• Ensure transactions are fully prepared for successful transfer
