Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking Commission-Based Property Consultants to advise clients and close sales across Dubai's vibrant real estate market. You will focus on off-plan projects or a designated area, build a strong pipeline, and manage deals end-to-end.

The role rewards performance with a flexible commission structure of 50-70% plus a AED 100,000 target bonus, and a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. Strong negotiation, client management, and market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a broker in Dubai real estate.
• Off-plan experience or strong specialisation in a specific area.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-aware.
• RERA card an advantage (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
• Specialise in off-plan projects and/or a specific area, building deep market knowledge.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of buyers and investors.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals end-to-end.
• Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Stay current on market trends, new launches, and pricing.
