Haus Ville Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a driven, customer-focused Off-Plan Real Estate Agent for a commission-based role. You will promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers, generate and convert leads, and manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience, strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA is an advantage.
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Generate and convert leads and build strong client relationships.
• Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process, from inquiry to closing.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
