Job summary

Kore. in Dubai is seeking Commission-Based Property Consultants (off-plan agents and area specialists) to advise clients, build deep market knowledge, and close sales across Dubai's real estate market.

You will specialise in off-plan projects or a specific area, generate a pipeline of buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and cultivate long-term client relationships while staying current on trends and pricing. This is a full-time role with a lucrative commission structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a broker in Dubai real estate.
• Off-plan experience or strong specialisation in a specific area.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-aware.
• RERA card an advantage (or willingness to obtain one).
