Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai properties. You will meet clients, stay informed on market trends, and match clients with suitable properties while managing listings and negotiations.

You will prepare documentation, facilitate signings, and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of required documentation
• Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
