ASICO Real Estate LLC in Dubai seeks a Real Estate Brokerage Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the brokerage team. You will coordinate sales/lease transactions, manage listings on major portals, maintain CRM records, and ensure smooth daily operations.

3–5 years in UAE real estate admin/operations is preferred; familiarity with SPAs, RERA, Dubai REST, Trakheesi, and CRM systems like Odoo will help you succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in real estate administration or brokerage operations.
• Experience processing SPAs and handling sales and leasing transactions.
• Familiar with UAE real estate regulations and UAE portal platforms.
• Experience with UAE CRM systems (Odoo or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to agents and brokerage team.
• Prepare and coordinate sales and leasing documentation, including SPAs and forms.
• Coordinate SPA processing and follow up with developers, clients, agents, and conveyancers.
• Manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Genie Map and other portals.
• Maintain CRM records and transaction files.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance on commission records and invoicing.
• Liaise with Marketing on listing materials and ads.
• Assist with agent onboarding and offboarding.
