Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure software quality before release. The role covers web and mobile applications in an on-site Dubai office, with emphasis on early defect detection, stability, and user experience.

You will design, document and execute test cases, perform functional/ regression/ exploratory testing, log defects, and collaborate with developers, product managers and QA colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test cases based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile apps.
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness reviews.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear defect reports.
