Talent Blueprint FZ LLC in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure software quality before release. The role covers web and mobile applications in an on-site Dubai office, with emphasis on early defect detection, stability, and user experience.

You will design, document and execute test cases, perform functional/ regression/ exploratory testing, log defects, and collaborate with developers, product managers and QA colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is an advantage.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team in Dubai, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products before release. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects early, improving product stability, and enhancing overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and verify fixes
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness reviews
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear defect reports

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with manual testing; familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus
• Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teams
