Emirates in Dubai is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen our Quality Engineering team. You will develop and implement quality practices for feature teams within an agile release train, ensuring delivery of high-quality software across the customer journey.

Work closely with architects, software engineers and product owners to shape testing strategies, automate UI and API tests, and build robust CI pipelines while embracing modern testing techniques and cloud environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field with relevant IT experience.
• 3+ years in IT with quality engineering focus in digital/ecommerce environments.
• Hands-on UI and API automation framework development.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and test automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with project members to translate requirements into test strategies.
• Provide early risk feedback with product owners.
• Ensure non-production environments and test data are available for testing.
• Manage cross-team test activities and dependencies.
• Configure test tools to collect metrics for dashboards.
• Guide engineers to write automated tests and maintain frameworks.
• Develop, maintain and adapt end-to-end automation suites.
• Support adherence to Quality Gate and release readiness.
