Job summary

TechMantra Global in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Manual & Automation QA Engineer to join the technology team. The role focuses on functional, API/integration, regression, SIT and UAT testing across the software delivery lifecycle.

Candidate will plan and execute manual and automated test cases, manage defects and test data, support SIT/UAT, and validate production releases. Offshore/remote opportunity is available, onsite in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation QA
• Strong experience in functional testing
• Experience with API and integration testing
• Experience with regression, SIT and UAT support
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Experience with defect management and test data preparation
• Strong understanding of Agile Testing
• Experience with release validation
• Experience with customer-journey testing
• Experience with production sanity validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 30 days’ notice preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional testing.
• Perform API and integration testing.
• Conduct regression testing and customer-journey testing.
• Develop and execute automated test cases.
• Prepare and manage test data.
• Manage defects and maintain defect registers.
• Prepare test reports and release-readiness recommendations.
• Support SIT and UAT activities.
• Coordinate environment readiness for testing.
• Validate release readiness.
• Provide technical evidence and defect support during UAT.
• Support continuous quality improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
