Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong broker/channel partner network in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Arabic & English proficiency preferred; French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors and clients.
• Generate new leads and identify potential buyers and investors.
• Promote and sell Dubai residential and investment properties.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage regular client and broker follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate with clients and close property deals.
