Job summary

M I R A L.L.C, a Dubai-based real estate agency, is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join our fast-paced, commission-driven team. You will build client relationships, identify suitable properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate transactions across residential and commercial markets.

Based in the UAE, you will work on a performance-driven pipeline and stay updated on market trends, regulations, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate market.
• Knowledge of off-plan or secondary markets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Maintain multiple property listings and client requirements.
• Provide accurate information on prices, trends, locations, and opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and opportunities.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and regulations.
• Maintain records of clients, listings and transactions.
• Work closely with the team and manage your own portfolio independently.
• Deliver a professional client experience throughout the transaction.
