You will combine business development, local market knowledge, client advisory, property presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of direct Dubai real estate brokerage experience.
• Proven performance in property sales or leasing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai residential communities and market activity.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new leads through prospecting, referrals, networking and databases.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and property owners.
• Understand client objectives and timelines to source suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and explain pricing and features.
• Negotiate sales and leasing terms with stakeholders and clients.
• Manage transactions from enquiry to completion with organized pipelines.
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversion and referral potential.
• Develop relationships with property owners for additional listings and opportunities.
• Monitor Dubai market trends and new developments.
