Job summary

Fragomen’s Private Client Team in Dubai is seeking a Private Client Solutions Executive. This front-end sales role focuses on generating new private client opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting growth of residency and citizenship by investment offerings across the UAE and MEA region.

You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, conduct initial qualification conversations, schedule consultations, and hand over qualified opportunities to the advisory team, while aiming to

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and digital channels.
• Qualify prospective clients seeking residency by investment and related private client immigration support.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and schedule consultations with the advisory team.
• Support revenue generation from high-net-worth individuals and ensure smooth client handover.
