Job summary

Fragomen in Dubai is seeking a Senior Consultant to independently manage visa and consular matters while supporting Supervisors and Managers in delivering team output. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, offering practical, commercially aware guidance and escalating risks with recommended solutions.

You will mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to workflow oversight, quality control and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Independently manage visa and consular cases with accurate, compliant delivery.
• Provide clear, practical guidance on visa requirements, documentation, timelines and risks.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned visa and consular cases from initiation to completion.
• Provide guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on case requirements and timelines.
• Monitor workflows to meet client SLAs and internal turnaround times.
• Maintain complete case records in CRM and firm systems with timely updates.
• Support submission of applications and client deliverables with high quality and professionalism.
