Job summary
AlifCloud IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong Pre‑Sales Consultant to own the technical side of data protection and disaster recovery deals.
You will bridge complex infrastructure with customer confidence, working with Account Managers to discover pain points, design Backup/DR solutions, run POCs, and present designs to IT teams and management. You will architect resilience and discuss backup security, MFA, and isolated recovery environments while collaborating with customers
Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years of experience in backup, disaster recovery, storage, or infrastructure engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing or deploying Veeam
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls to assess customer backup, storage, and recovery requirements.
- Design end-to-end data protection solutions aligned with RTO/RPO, retention policies, and compliance needs.
- Create technical architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and deployment roadmaps.
- Design protection strategies across physical, virtual (VMware/Hyper‑V), and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Assist in designing replication, failover, and recovery testing workflows.
