Job summary

Uae Job Alert in Dubai seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll, attendance verification, EOSB calculations, C3 card administration, and payroll reporting in compliance with UAE Labour Law.

You will work with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain records, and support payroll audits, including WPS governance and cost control. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR, or Finance are advantageous.
• 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience with at least 3 years UAE payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll inputs for employees and operations.
• Verify payroll transactions including new joiners, resignations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime.
• Ensure accuracy against attendance, HRIS data, and payroll rules.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and liaise with Finance to resolve variances.
• Calculate EOSB and final settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
