The ideal candidate has UAE WPS experience, 2–3 years in payroll, and strong Excel skills, with proficiency in payroll software and end-of-service calculations. Confidentiality and HR coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years UAE payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE WPS payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within scheduled timelines.
• Manage UAE WPS payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and leave adjustments.
• Prepare final settlements and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Reconcile payroll records with accounting books and bank statements.
• Maintain accurate, confidential payroll documentation.
• Coordinate with HR on new employees, resignations, and salary updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist during audits.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly.
