Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced Central Trader for OTC derivatives in Dubai. You will price, structure, and hedge sophisticated solutions across commodities with a focus on risk-adjusted returns and client-driven structures.

Leading a cross‑functional trading agenda, you will analyze markets, manage risk, and collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored strategies while upholding risk governance and capital discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of OTC derivatives structuring and trading experience.
• Proven track record in risk taking, portfolio management and complex structuring.
• Experience across multi-commodity platforms; agricultural commodities a strong advantage.
• Prior exposure to client-facing or sales-adjacent trading roles is desirable.
• Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications valued (CFA/FRM/CQF).

Responsibilities

• Pricing and hedging of OTC derivatives products and complex solutions.
• Structuring/pricing and hedging including exotic options and cross-asset spreads.
• Originate innovative trading structures aligned with risk appetite and capital framework.
• Monitor market conditions, manage risk, and optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Collaborate with global sales, risk, and post-trade teams for client solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
