Job summary

Venture Search is partnering with a globally recognised crypto-native high-frequency trading firm in Dubai to expand its trading team. The Crypto Quantitative Trader will design, execute, and scale HFT strategies across crypto and traditional markets, owning strategies from day one.

You will work with top-tier infrastructure, real-time data, and a collaborative team, applying rigorous research to drive alpha while managing risk in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative or algorithmic trading
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution systems
• Ability to analyse large data sets in real time
• End-to-end ownership of trading strategies
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of high-frequency or systematic strategies
• Monitor and optimize live trading systems to reduce latency
• Backtest and validate trading models using large-scale data
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Manage risk and capital allocation decisions
• Mentor junior traders and researchers
