AimGulf is seeking a procurement professional to handle purchasing activities for materials, equipment and services in a Dubai on-site role. You will coordinate with suppliers, process POs, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support cost control and efficiency initiatives.

The role emphasizes supplier communication, ERP updates (SAP), and adherence to procurement guidelines. Fresh graduates welcome, with 0–2 years of experience and relevant education.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of procurement experience or fresh graduate.
• Diploma in business or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems relevant to purchasing.
• Strong cost-control and supplier coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive approved material requests and prepare purchase orders.
• Ensure PO accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates.
• Update ERP systems with PO and delivery information.
• Identify cost savings opportunities through sourcing.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports.
