Job summary

NINETY DEGREES PASTRY PREPARING CO in Dubai is seeking a full-time Pizza and Pastry Chef to prepare, bake, and finish pizzas and pastries, ensuring recipes and portion sizes are followed accurately for service or sale.

You will manage dough prep, batters, decorating, and plating, while coordinating with kitchen colleagues, helping menu development, and maintaining ingredient inventory and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza dough preparation, baking, and finished pizzas.
• Strong pastry skills: dough, batter mixing, shaping, proofing, decorating.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage per standards.
• Experience organizing kitchen stations and coordinating with staff.
• Ability to follow recipes for consistent taste and presentation.
• Previous professional pizza/pastry/baker experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping for portion control and inventory.
• Willingness for flexible hours including weekends.
• Formal culinary training is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand long hours and work safely.
