Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai operation and looking for ambitious Off-Plan Property Advisors to join our growing team. We are seeking motivated sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and driven by results.

Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE sales experience are strongly preferred. The role offers a 50%-70% commission structure, fresh daily leads, full marketing support, telesales and content support, a company phone & SIM card, visa & health insurance, ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales.
• Previous Off-Plan experience in Dubai/UAE is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and major developers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
