Enclave Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its multinational team of Real Estate Agents to specialize in Off-Plan Property Sales. We are seeking ambitious, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record and the ability to thrive in Dubai's competitive market.

The role offers a 50%-70% commission structure, fresh daily leads, full marketing support, telesales and CRM tools, plus visa sponsorship and health insurance as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
• European language skills such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan property products to a multinational client base in Dubai.
• Generate and manage fresh daily leads with full marketing support.
• Engage in telesales and content support to drive sales.
• Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate deals to closure.
