Qualifications

• Real estate off-plan knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
• Team player capable of working independently
• Familiarity with Dubai's property market is a plus

Responsibilities

• Introduce buyers and investors to off-plan projects and launches
• Explain layouts, pricing, payment plans, and timelines
• Engage clients via referrals, networking, events, exhibitions
• Guide clients through booking and documentation
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors and developers
• Stay updated on launches, market trends, and investment opportunities
