Job summary

Geoharbour Middle East Ground Engineering Services L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) Project Manager to lead trenchless infrastructure projects. You will manage full lifecycle from planning to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities to secure approvals and NOCs while meeting scope, budget, schedule and safety targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the PM – NDRC/Micro-Tunneling role.
Proven NDRC/Micro-Tunneling delivery in Dubai and two RTA projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle of NDRC/Micro-Tunneling projects from planning to handover.
Manage schedules, resources, budgets and progress reports.
Oversee site operations, subcontractors and consultants.
Coordinate with clients and authorities to secure NOCs and approvals.
Ensure compliance with authorities (RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA) and HSE.
Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications; manage interfaces.
