Qualifications

• Experience leading tunnel civil works and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge aligned to approved designs and specs.
• Ability to manage interfaces and ensure HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tunnel civil works including lining erection, grouting, cross-passages, invert works, and shaft interfaces.
• Ensure lining installation, ring build quality, and grouting follow approved designs and standards.
• Oversee cross-passages, secondary lining, invert slabs, and drainage systems.
• Monitor geometry, integrity, settlements, and structural performance for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with TBM, geotechnical, survey, and design teams to resolve issues.
• Review method statements, ITPs, and QA procedures for tunnel activities.
• Manage subcontractors and crews to meet targets with safety and quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks from ground conditions, water ingress, movements, and interfaces.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed.
• Track progress, productivity, and cost; report findings and improvements.
• Lead inspections, testing, defect rectification, and handover activities.
