Qualifications

Understanding of mobile network deployment and operations processes
Knowledge of network performance optimization techniques
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Perform Huawei LTE and 5G network integration and commissioning activities
Install, configure, and validate Huawei BTS equipment and network elements
Execute site acceptance and integration testing procedures
Create, modify, and implement integration scripts as required
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration-related network issues
Support network optimization activities to improve service quality and performance
Collaborate with deployment, operations, and project teams to ensure successful rollouts
Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and integration records
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards
