Job summary

Verdant Landscapes in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of landscaping and swimming pool construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pool construction, or civil works.
• Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Experience managing labour teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, developer, and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and hardscape works.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Assist with site measurements, setting out, and quantity take-offs.
• Resolve technical issues and liaise with the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend consultant, client, and authority inspections when required.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
