Job summary

Ironclad Mena is seeking a full-time on-site Media Planner in Dubai to design and optimize cross-channel media plans that align with client objectives and budgets. The role focuses on analyzing audience data, forecasting campaign performance, and selecting the right platforms across traditional and digital media.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, stay ahead of media trends in the MENA region, and contribute to proposals and presentations that drive client success.

Qualifications

• Strong media planning and media strategy skills with experience in multi-channel campaigns.
• Solid analytical skills including data interpretation, audience analysis, and performance reporting.
• Effective communication skills to present plans and collaborate with clients/partners.
• Familiarity with new media platforms including digital, social, and programmatic channels.
• Experience in media agencies, media sales, or marketing roles within the MENA region is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with media planning tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
