Essencemediacom, a WPP Media brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Media Planner to assist in creating and executing media plans, coordinating with vendors, and tracking campaigns in Dubai. The role focuses on scheduling, placement, and timely delivery of media assets across channels, with emphasis on budget adherence and performance insights.

Ideal candidates will have a marketing-related bachelor’s degree, strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, media or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including scheduling and placement of ads across channels
• Coordinate with media vendors and ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements
• Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Support negotiation of media rates and placements with vendors
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities
• Collect and analyze media performance data to provide insights and recommendations
• Prepare regular reports on media activities, including budget tracking and performance metrics
• Manage media schedules and trafficking of ads
