The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in event planning and execution, with strong project management, budget, and vendor management skills, plus excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 5–7 years in event planning and execution, including premium/luxury events.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong project management, logistics, and event production skills; budgeting, supplier, quotations, contracts experience.
• Core Competencies: VIP/private event management, excellent coordination and stakeholder management, highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private, VIP, corporate, and lifestyle events.
• Manage event logistics, production activities, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
• Handle budgets, quotations, contracts, and supplier management.
• Oversee event planning processes from concept development to final execution.
• Ensure events are delivered according to quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate teams involved in event delivery.
