Job summary

AHS is seeking a senior Interior Design Quality Assurance lead for site-based luxury villa and residential development projects in Dubai. The role oversees design quality from concept through handover, coordinating with contractors, joinery workshops and FF&E suppliers on-site.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in interior design with strong site execution experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and excellent stakeholder management in a live construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in interior design with site-based execution on luxury villa/residential projects.
• Experience overseeing interior fit-out quality from design through handover.
• Experience with contractors, joinery workshops, and FF&E suppliers in live construction.

Responsibilities

• Review interior design packages against approved concepts before site execution.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections at each stage.
• Own snagging and de-snagging through handover and approve samples.
• Maintain logs of RFIs, approvals, variations, and quality reports.
• Represent design quality in site meetings and liaise with procurement and owners.
