Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai invites a seasoned Interior Designer to join a design-focused team shaping ultra-luxury villas and penthouses. You will craft layouts, finishes, and furnishings, coordinating with clients and developers to realize concept-to-delivery excellence.

You will apply AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, and Adobe Suite to generate mood boards, materials, and rich 3D visuals, while staying ahead of luxury design trends and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury Villas & High Rise interior design.
• Portfolio showcasing completed high-end projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution. Using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max to develop mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.
