Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of the spa and recreation areas, ensuring top-tier service and brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and oversee revenue opportunities in a luxury environment.

The role reports to the Spa Director and requires at least two years of leadership experience in the spa industry, strong English communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-year leadership experience in spa industry.
• Outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation.
• English fluency in written and spoken form; second language is a plus.
• Flexible working hours and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Licenses in Massage Therapy and/or Aesthetics are assets.
• Computer literacy with Spa systems recommended.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests according to Fairmont Spa Brand Standards.
• Leads daily spa and recreation operations and expense controls.
• Collaborates with the Spa Director on project plans and initiatives.
• Administers training for Spa staff and ensures service quality.
• Maximizes revenue opportunities through booking analysis and scheduling.
• Adheres to health, safety, and credit policies and brand standards.
