Job summary

Sotheby's Dubai Salon is seeking a Salon Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the new Dubai Salon, delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting commercial performance, and providing clear leadership to the Salon team. You will ensure high standards of service across luxury categories and build lasting relationships with collectors in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a luxury retail, hospitality, private client, gallery or similar high-touch client environment.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership in client-facing settings.
• Track record in supporting sales and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent client service with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Dubai Salon, ensuring smooth running and adherence to Sotheby's standards.
• Coach and support the Salon team with clear expectations and strong service standards.
• Deliver highly personalised client experiences across luxury categories with discretion.
• Act as senior relationship lead for key Salon clients in the region.
• Contribute to commercial objectives by driving sales and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialist departments, marketing, operations and partners to execute the Salon offer.
