Sotheby’s is seeking a Salon Manager to lead the Dubai Salon, ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting commercial performance. You will manage a high-touch team, collaborate with specialists and regional partners, and deliver Sotheby’s luxury standards in a flagship environment.

The role focuses on personal relationships with high-net-worth clients, discretion, and strategic salon leadership in a dynamic Dubai setting. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a luxury retail, hospitality, private client, gallery or similar high‑touch environment.
• Strong people management with coaching and development skills.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of supporting sales and client relationships.
• Excellent client service skills with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to manage priorities, operational detail and busy trading periods.
• Strong communication across departments, regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Dubai Salon, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to Sotheby’s standards.
• Coach and support the Salon team with clear expectations and collaborative culture.
• Deliver highly personalised client experiences across luxury categories and build lasting relationships.
• Act as senior relationship lead for key Salon clients; grow collectors and luxury client base.
• Drive Salon commercial performance by identifying opportunities and supporting sales during peak periods.
• Coordinate with specialists, marketing, operations, and corporate partners to execute the Salon offer.
