Sotheby’s International Dubai is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily operations of its new Dubai Salon, delivering the highest standards of service and a premium client experience across luxury categories. You will coach the Salon team, work with specialists and regional partners, and drive commercial performance through tailored client engagement.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Dubai Salon operations.
• Coach and support the Salon team with clear expectations.
• Deliver highly personalised client experiences.
• Act as senior relationship lead for Salon clients.
• Drive sales and support performance during key trading periods.
• Partner with departments to support sourcing and strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and regional teams.
• Oversee floor management, appointments, inventory, visuals.
• Maintain accurate client data for follow-up and growth.
• Understand local luxury market and client behaviour.
• Ensure security and inventory compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
