Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of hotel security procedures to ensure guest and colleague safety.
• Support Security Manager in managing contractors and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with local security authorities and stakeholders.
• Supervise Security Officers, schedule daily briefings and ensure proper deployment of staff and equipment.
• Monitor car-park security, master keys, and access control systems.
• Review VIP arrivals and daily operations for adequate security coverage.
• Investigate security incidents and emergencies professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.
• Conduct regular security trainings and drive continuous process improvements.
• Keep senior management informed of security matters.
