Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:* Oversee the effective implementation of hotel security procedures and ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors.* Support the Security Manager in managing contractors, suppliers, and vendors.* Maintain strong relationships with local security authorities.* Supervise and guide Security Officers, ensuring professional service, proper deployment, daily briefings, and adequate equipment.* Monitor car-park security, master keys, and overall access control.* Review VIP arrivals and daily operations to ensure appropriate security coverage.* Handle and investigate security incidents and emergencies professionally and confidentially.* Coordinate the Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.* Conduct regular security training and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.* Keep senior management informed of relevant security matters. ### REQUIREMENTS* Previous experience in hotel security, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.* Strong leadership, communication, and incident-management skills.* Good knowledge of local security procedures and authorities.* Fluent in Arabic and English.* Professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach.
