Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations at our luxury resort in Dubai. You will ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards while coordinating with front-of-house teams and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will lead and train a diverse team, manage inventories and par levels, enforce SOPs, support cost control initiatives, and maintain safety and security

Qualifications

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and security requirements.
• Support SOPs and brand standards across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members, promoting on-the-job development.
• Manage inventories and par levels for linens and amenities.
• Uphold cost control initiatives and minimise wastage.
• Foster teamwork and cross-training across housekeeping.
