Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Security Shift Leader with strong hospitality security experience to uphold brand standards and guest safety on property. You will oversee security staff, coordinate patrols, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with resort policies.

You will conduct investigations, maintain logs, inspect life-safety equipment, and work with the Security Manager to drive continual improvements in safety and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality security with supervisory experience.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication and team leadership abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating security activities and patrols.
• Supervise security personnel and outsourced guards on shift.
• Manage incident handling and preliminary investigations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Six Senses procedures.
• Review security reports and log incidents accurately.
• Inspect fire life safety equipment and post coverage.
• Maintain security records and prepare incident reports.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
